1. Follow ChatGPT Steps, or directly export from ChatGPT Settings.
2. You will receive an email with a download link. Download the .zip file.
3. That file is ready to be uploaded below.

You have two easy options:
1. The .zip file (Recommended): Upload the exact zip file you downloaded from the ChatGPT email. This saves you the extra step of unzipping it first.
2. conversations.json: If you prefer, unzip the file yourself and upload only the conversations.json file found inside.

The only difference is convenience—both options produce the exact same result!
